Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to request deletion of personal data processed by Phantomister, please follow the steps below.

Self-Service

1. Revoke Phantomister (or the specific app/bot) access in your Meta Account Settings (Facebook/Instagram/Messenger) or other connected platform settings.
2. Remove the integration or bot from your workspace/account where applicable.

Manual Request

Send an email to renorsi@gmail.com with subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your name and contact email.
• The platform and username/ID (e.g., Facebook/Instagram/Messenger).
• Any app-scoped user ID (if available) and relevant details to help us identify your records.

We acknowledge requests within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. Backup copies are purged on rolling backup schedules (up to 90 days).
